Many churches can’t afford to pay their pastor a fair value wage, and yet their pastor will faithfully serve their church family an entire life without a personal financial wellness plan.
Although a church may not have significant financial resources, that does not mean it can’t provide their pastor “Peace of Mind” with a Financial Wellness Pan. A Pastoral Financial Wellness Plan can make it possible for their pastor to “Retire with Dignity” when that time arrives. In addition, it can provide them the peace of mind knowing that they and their family will be taken care of if they should experience a medical or financial emergency.
